Top 4 things being in my 20’s is teaching me

I wanted to do something a little different for this weeks post. This is from my heart to yours. Just a couple of things that I really wanted to share with you guys hopeful they are as helpful to you as they are to me  . xx

Live in every moment

In this age of technology and forming cyber relationship its easy to be somewhere but not be present. The one thing that I’ve really learnt to value is savoring every moment. Look up and put the phone down you'd be surprised  how 3D things really are when it's up close and personal. As cliche as it sounds ‘were not promised tomorrow’ so do it all now, this very second, yes right now!. What ever it is as it enters you mind just do it. Book that holiday, Be with that person, forgive that person and never say sorry for putting  your self first  sometimes we gotta be a little selfish with our needs and its ok.

It’s OK not to be OK

A cry now again is medicinal. Every emotion wither good or bad needs to be expressed. This is something I struggled and to be honest still struggle with from time to time to come to terms with. It's OK not to be OK  and it’s OK to talk about it, we all have our dark times. How will you know if you friend(s) is truly your friend(s) if you won’t let them be there for you. The earth is too big for you to want to face it all on you’r own. Being venerable doesn’t mean you’r weak.
Take a deep breath. Release it slowly, tell your self it’s going to be ok. Cause it will    be, I promise you.

 Be your own hero

                Superman is busy

As  a girl I grew up with the notion of a prince charming sweeping me off my feet. The perfect man my own personal hero. Now I know how silly this somewhat sounds but I truly believed in the fairy tale, but as time passed I realized I had to be my own hero how can you expect someone to rescue you when you keep running from the problem. Now I’m not saying don’t be open to a helping hand but the person with the most power over you'r life is the person staring right back at you in the mirror. Contrary to popular belief we hold all the power in OUR hands it's not going to be easy but recognizing your strength as an individual is THE start.

YOUR STRENGTH + FAITH = UNSTOPPABLE

Let go and Let God

“In one series we don’t know what lies ahead”

Been the control freak that I am the thought of not knowing what lies ahead terrifies me. Of course planning a head is a major key to less stress and more success, however it's also important to be flexible and willing to conform to how ever the wind might blow. Things don’t always work out the way you intended, everyone’s path its different because you took longer to get there doesn’t make you a failure or less successful.

“ we plan and God laughs” meaning no matter how intricately we plan ahead if its not for us the likely hood of it happening is slim and if it happens we may have settled for bronze when we could have had gold.

Bonus point!! Believe in your self, you can and will do it, if your looking for anyone thats believes in you just know that I do.
