Try not to wear black (his & her edition)

I live for Date Nights and this particular date night has been set in my calendar for months now. My 4 years anniversary dinner.

Is it me or is it that when ever it comes to any sort of event the first colour I look for is black, doesn't mater the style or occasion I search black before anything else.

WELL khaki is the new black!!

I Tried a new online store a couple of months back called Dresslink, after seeing a @chelseabellamakeup review of this site.

However, I do feel like this colour is just starting to replace black, now I'm constantly searching all things khaki. I'm obsessed with this colour.

This shirt dress with side slit at either sides and a slit in the front made me feel super elegant and so sexy at the same time, of course I love the colour but the material was soft and light everything I look for in a non bodycon dress.

Shirt dresses in general is flattering on any shape or size easily dressed up or down. It's a timeless piece that always seem to come back season after season.
I'm definitely going to be investing in more piece like this.

Because the dress its self is so light and has a high front slit in the front to avoid any wardrobe malfunction I wore black short under.

My bag is from Karen Millan the Silver Glitter Box Clutch. This is a great statement clutch another benefit of this bag is that it has a thin chain that allows it to be carried on the shoulder for easy movement as the night progress.

I took this opportunity to feature a males perspective on the easiest way to pull off a date night outfit without incorporating black. It took a lot of persuading to get him to take a picture, he prefers to be behind the camera than in front.

I knew he wouldn't let me down.
