"Stop the diet and start a lifestyle"

This summer I have really tried to stay on the path of health eating and believe me when I say it is in no way shape or form easy. With some many diet plans and lose weight quick methods out there I didn't know where to start and which ones would work for me all I knew was I wanted was a detox. A fully cleanse I wanted this both externally and internally.

Now I'm lover of drinking green tea, I have at least 5 cups a day. So when I was contacted by the wonderful people at fruiteatox to try out there 14 days detox I was excited to give it a try and share with you my honest opinion through a review post. 

Product 

I received two teatox. The daytox lemon and the sleepox orange. The daytox was to be taken every day for 2weeks and the sleeptox was be taken every second for 2weeks as it contained senna which should induce a mid laxative effect to cleanse your system.

The daytox contained 14 pyramid teabags while the sleeptox contained 7 teabags.

All the products used are natural.

My thoughts  

As I said above I was very excited to try this product. Unlike other product both these tea tasted great. The daytox had a minty after taste and the sleeptox was a bit strong in scent but tasted amazing regardless. 

I didn't weight my self before or after cause I didn't want to focus on loosing weight. 

With that been said I feel much lighter and I've noticed I did lost a bit of weight went down a whole trouser size and my puffy cheeks aren't as puffy lol but the biggest result I've seen from this journey is how this tea has helped me with my blotting. During the period that I was taken this tea the thing I noticed the most was the way it made me feel internally it totally got rid of that horrible blotting feeling and also made me feel more energised and awake during the day.
The sleeptox helped me to get a good night sleep with and I would wake up feeling clean and fresh.

I felt like the detaox really did what I wanted it to do and that was to cleanse me I feel clean both physical internally and externally. I differently recommend this to anyone.
